app version: Settings, help. The phosphor row shows it, like v1.26.
phone model: Android settings, About phone.
Android version: Android settings, About phone, Android version.
page or panel: The path at the top says the page, like ~/dashboard.
steps: What you did, one step per line, so we can do the same.
expected and actual: What you thought would happen, and what happened.
a picture: A screenshot or a short screen recording. Drag it into the form.

Your home shows notifications, events and messages. Before you attach a screenshot, crop or cover anything private. Issues on GitHub are public.
