Short recipes

A few taps each. Recipes marked Pro need Pro; the rest are free.

Get back something you deleted

  1. Tap Undo in the note after the job.
  2. Missed it? Open the trash from Home, pick the files and put them back.

Copy without writing over anything

  1. Pick the files, then Copy.
  2. Open the folder you want and tap Paste here.
  3. If names are taken, pick Keep both. The new ones get a number.

Rename a batch of photos

  1. Touch and hold one, then tap the others.
  2. Rename, then find and replace, like IMG_ with Rome_.

Open your NAS or PC (Pro)

  1. Settings, Pro, Network shares and cloud drives.
  2. Pick SMB, SFTP, FTP or WebDAV and fill in the address, user and password.
  3. Press Try it, then Save. The share shows on Home.

Connect Dropbox or OneDrive (Pro)

  1. Settings, Pro, Network shares and cloud drives.
  2. Pick Dropbox or OneDrive and sign in on its own page.

Send files to a computer (Pro)

  1. Settings, Pro, Wi-Fi transfer, and start it.
  2. Open the address shown in the computer's browser and type the PIN.
  3. It stops after 15 idle minutes, or when you leave Wi-Fi.

Free space from duplicates (Pro)

  1. Open a folder, then More, Find duplicates.
  2. Check the list. The oldest copy stays; the rest go to the trash, so Undo puts them back.

Sort photos by place and date (Pro)

  1. Open DCIM or Pictures, then More, Sort photos into folders.
  2. Look at the preview tree, then press Sort.
  3. Changed your mind? More, Put photos back.

Keep files in the vault (Pro)

  1. Make a vault with a password of 15 or more characters. A few words make a good one.
  2. Move files in. It locks two minutes after you leave Fileglow.

Keep a folder copied to your NAS (Pro)

  1. Open the folder, then More, Mirror to a share.
  2. Pick the share folder. It runs on Wi-Fi while charging, and never deletes.

Wear your launcher's look

  1. Settings, Look.
  2. With Phosphor or Hyprtile as your home screen, turn on Match my launcher. Without them, pick a launcher look.

  1. Settings, Support the developer.
  2. Tap Support And Live API. Google Play shows the price and how to cancel.

Optional, and it unlocks nothing. Tap the row again to manage or cancel it.
